Privacy notice
Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to information you share with AUREN AI through this website.
Who we are
AUREN AI, G-20, Site-3, Panki, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. For anything about your data, email arihant@aurenai.in.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you give them, your email address, city, a link to your Google profile or website, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the region selected for prices, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by.
- Direct contact: whatever you choose to share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your chosen price region in your own browser’s storage, which never leaves your device.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare the free audit you asked for, and talk to you about our services. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email only because you asked us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time. We don’t sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts this website.
- n8n receives form submissions and stores them for our team.
- Google provides the fonts used on this site, which your browser loads from Google’s servers.
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries any WhatsApp conversation you start with us.
These providers may process data outside your country. We only share what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we’re in conversation and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what’s needed to run your account and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the UK GDPR, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email arihant@aurenai.in and we’ll respond promptly. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
